Waiting for updates on Order #CAM82825
I have mixed feelings about my experience so far. I ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max (Order #CAM82825) several days ago, and while I was excited to find the device, the lack of communication since the purchase has been frustrating. It has been quite a while without any status updates or tracking information being provided. I understand that shipping to East Malaysia can take time, but the total lack of updates makes the waiting process much more stressful than it needs to be. I’m still hopeful for a good quality device, but the customer communication definitely needs improvement.
