This is very poor after-sales service
I have tried to make the purchase, but I haven’t received any response. I attempted to pay with my credit card; I was charged but did not receive the U1. A few days later, the money was refunded. Now I am trying to complete the purchase via PayPal, but the website does not allow me to proceed. I have been requesting a payment link for 12 days in order to complete the purchase, and it still hasn’t been sent. This is very poor after-sales service.
