I had an issue with a broken miner
I had an issue with a defective miner. (Not their fault probably damaged in shipping) They were very responsive and sent a free return label and a free replacement. It may cost a little more to purchase through them but having a person available to troubleshoot issues is well worth it. -Jonathan
