Horrible Customer Service
They sent me a damaged wig and refused to refund me after I returned it. Customer service is very unprofessional and they do not show consideration! I will never purchase from them again! I would give zero stars if I could! They even asked can they send the wig back and refused to refund after I filed a claim with my bank! Update 4/4/2026 They emailed me that if I remove my negative review they will refund me. Bribery is unacceptable to me and I reported that to BBB and my bank!
