It was great to talk to a real live human to help us get started. Other companies provided us with online quotes only, and it's somewhat difficult to figure out what is offered just by reading their webpages. Austin reached out to us and spent a good deal of time explaining how everything would work for us. Yes, we chose to work with Pearl because they offered the best price, but even if they were higher than the others, we probably would have still chosen to use them because to the personal service offered to us.
