I made a mistake and had to cancel an online order, that I hadn't realized until I made it to will-call. The will-call clerk advised me to talk to the front desk. I cant recall the gentleman's name, but he was more than helpful and professional. I made it out with the product I needed, with zero hiccups. That's why I shop with Steel Supply, and will continue to. The shop employees are also very professional and quick.
