We’ve had one of the worst experiences with Kaplan,…and it’s still ongoing. After purchasing an unlimited plan, my daughter can’t even use the 5 hours of tutoring included due to a system error. Customer service is extremely limited, only available during a short weekday window, and response times are painfully slow. I sent three emails on some questions and didn’t hear back for over two weeks. For what you pay, this level of service is unacceptable. I would not recommend Kaplan.
