⚠️ Serious concerns about payment handling – potential fraud risk I purchased software from EaseUS and was redirected to the payment gateway 2Checkout. My bank has officially confirmed that the payment was successfully completed and credited to the beneficiary account. I have formal bank documentation proving this. Despite this, the payment gateway claims they have not received the funds. This creates a highly concerning situation: - The money has clearly left my account - The funds were confirmed as received on the beneficiary side - The product was never delivered - The payment processor denies responsibility At this point, this behavior raises serious concerns about payment tracking and potential financial misconduct within the payment process. Instead of properly investigating the transaction, support repeatedly redirects me back to my bank, despite having already received official confirmation from them. From a customer perspective, this looks like: - lack of transparency in payment handling - inability (or unwillingness) to trace funds - a system that may expose customers to financial risk I strongly advise extreme caution when using this payment method. I am currently escalating this case through financial authorities and consumer protection institutions. Until this is resolved, I cannot recommend purchasing through this payment system.
