The machine is not working
The machine is not working, and technical support keeps sending me links to troubleshooting steps that in many cases I can’t follow because I don’t have the necessary electronic equipment. I don’t really understand why I have to act as a technician when the machine isn’t working. So far, my machine has not started working.
