Missed Delivery Window Left Me Unprepared for My Fishing Trip
I’m pretty disappointed with my experience ordering from Li Time. Their website clearly advertises a 2–5 business day delivery window, which was a big factor in my decision to purchase from them. Unfortunately, my order didn’t arrive in full within that timeframe. I had specifically planned to use these batteries for an upcoming fishing trip, so timing was important. While part of the order showed up, the rest was delayed without clear communication or updates, which left me scrambling at the last minute. The products themselves may be fine, but when a company sets expectations for shipping, they should be able to meet them—or at least communicate proactively if there’s an issue. Missing a delivery window is one thing, but not receiving a complete order when it matters most is frustrating. Overall, this experience has made me hesitant to rely on Li Time for time-sensitive purchases in the future.
