Lack of communication and follow up
UPDATE: The tax forms I filed with this company are finally completed today, 4/27/26. I wad glad to know that they were still working on getting the W-2 forms approved with the SSA based on the response to this review. When there is a delay of this length, communication with the customer is key and I did not get that with efile4Biz. The lack of communication regarding the status of your forms is a huge frustration. I received a response to my first inquiry in February and then nothing to the multiple other emails and calls I have made after that. My W-2 forms are still showing submitted in April and I filed them with Efile4biz in early January. I would not recommend using this company if you need your forms to be completed in a timely manner.
