Honest mixed review. I've used traveloka many times. We have gotten good deals - using coupon codes - that can't be found elsewhere (do your homework comparison!! It can be pricier too of course). Most of the time there is no issue with the bookings (ranging from flights to activities). However!!! Customer service is dreadful. The chat function is sooo slow (yes human not AI) and worse, slow and ineffective. We have reported a product listing (Go West Japan Kansai Wide-Area 5-Day Rail Pass + KINOSAKI MUST-VISITS PASS(3 days) that has a bug. Across phone / operating systems, there is an error that doesn't allow purchase. Reported 1 week ago and it is unresolved. Generic, template, unhelpful responses. You don't even know if your request is surfaced to the right people. You get the sense it'll NEVER be fixed.
