Terrible!
Terrible. The refund policy reports a full refund within 30 days but they argued with the me over 7 emails back and forth. Their final resolution was for me to ship the items that did not work back to CHINA at my expense or they offered a 30% refund. UPDATE 9/15/26: After they received this Trustpilot review, the company reached out to me and offered to refund the items in accordance with their policy.
