I’m a first time client, so transferring over to something new was a tab bit challenging. Customer service wasn’t great, but the chat box was fantastic. Also, the online setup process was not easy to follow in the beginning, but once everything was all done it was a great experience, and I will use again. I’ve already referred a few people.
