I must adjust what I wrote. After chatting with a human on the Ninja Rail App, I was able to receive a refund for the hidden fees. The agent was polite and courteous and informed me that there was an error on the Website. THANK YOU Ninja Rail for your prompt response! Terrible! Hidden fees, made our ticket go from 18 Euros if booked by CP Rails to 34 euros each way with Ninja Rail!!! I spent an extra 32 euros for the exact same trip! That is ROBBERY! It is not indicated anywhere on the bill. Shame on Rail Ninja for taking advantage of tourists!!!! There were no advantages to book with them! STAY AWAY!
