Submitted my first ever redemption…
Submitted my first ever redemption august 13th and am still waiting. The site offers great promos and has a user friendly UI but wow this redemption is starting to scare me. Every time i reach out to support, they give me the same generic "its in the queue" response with no ability to talk to someone real and actually get a reasonable timeline. Will update if/when i ever get it.
