BUYER BEWARE I cancelled before the free trial ended and was charged $19 anyway on what would have been the billing date. I sent a message to their customer service department requesting a refund, and heard nothing back. I was charged another $19 a month later. I have sent another message. I also contacted ApplePay, the platform by which I gave my credit card info to start the free trial. ApplePay’s advice was to contact the credit card bank. I contacted the credit card bank and they will open a dispute with “Paddlenet EWA” which is how the charge appeared on my credit card statement. By the way, the $19.00 they’ve charged me twice now is not the $15.99/month stated within the app. BUYER BEWARE
