Funny thing
Funny thing, you only see 5-star ratings on their website, yet on social media sites, they have a zero-star rating. Got to love companies that pay to get negative reviews removed. If I could give zero stars, I would! I signed my driver up for a course required by MSHA, and the course they offered was BOGUS! This did not fulfill any MSHA requirements, so I ended up having him take another course with a different company. After bringing up my challenge with this company, no one spoke highly of the courses it provides. I asked for a full refund, but was denied because the course had already been completed. Of course, they can hide behind this policy because you have to take the course in order to find out that the certificate they issue is no good when you present it to the Mine Operator, because it is useless!!
