Don't use this company
Don't use this company. We purchased Jetstar flights through Traveloka. Jetstar cancelled the flights and issued the voucher to Traveloka. We never received it. I chased the voucher for 2 years. I have recently received two coupons but every time I go to use it on their website according to their instructions it says error. I have been back and forth via email, chat and phone call. They all 'try' to assist but there is never any resolution. My last phone call answered the operator hung up on me and then another one she didn't respond at all and left the call silent. It might not be a scam but you'll get scammed either way!
