Problem with one of the Safavieh lamps
I purchased 2 of the same Safavieh lamps, 1 arrived in perfect condition and 1 with missing parts. It was very difficult to return the lamp with missing parts through AllModern website but the chat function worked well. AllModern contacted Safavieh regarding the problem, followed up on the process and promptly issued refund after I mailed back the item. Safavieh, on the other hand, is problematic because they told me that they don't have the parts and just assembled the lamp with missing parts which was totally unacceptable.
