Extremely disappointing experience with FNP I ordered a cake and flowers for a special birthday surprise and made sure to provide the correct restaurant address. I was physically present at the location, waiting — yet the order was never delivered. Their excuse was that the “recipient was unreachable,” which is completely false. I was there the entire time, and no one called me. This could have been easily resolved with a simple phone call. What made it worse: They completely missed the promised delivery time No effort to contact the sender Customer service kept repeating the same excuses They refused to cancel or refund Offered redelivery at midnight or the next day, which is unacceptable for a time-sensitive occasion This completely ruined a birthday surprise. Very poor service, lack of accountability, and no proper customer support. I would not recommend using them if you expect reliability. Still waiting for a proper resolution and refund. order #4304932
