Wireless CarPlay That Just Works Every Time
I picked up the Carlinkit Mini Ultra because I wanted a true wireless CarPlay and Android Auto experience without a huge fuss. Right out of the box I plugged it in and it connected instantly to my phone. There was no waiting around or messing with settings to make it work. With both my iPhone and Android devices the adapter just finds the phone and opens CarPlay or Auto without any delays. That seamless plug and play feel is exactly what I was hoping for and it’s nice and small. Using the adapter has been a joy. Every drive now starts with my phone connecting and my apps ready to go. Navigation, music, calls, messages all happen without a cable getting in the way. I love not having to plug in every time I get in the car. It really feels like a natural upgrade to the factory system and gives me the freedom to just get going. If I had to nitpick something it would be the price. It feels a bit steep for what the device actually is. I know there are cheaper adapters out there that claim similar results. But I can say this one actually works exactly as advertised and has been dependable every time. For me that made the extra cost worth it.
