T4Trade – A Bad Experience
Read this carefully if you are considering using the T4Trade Platform! The OK bit. As a trading platform it has all the essential, a customer web portal for account details, deposits and withdrawal requests and some basic user information and access through to Meta Trader version 4 that can be run of through a browser, mobile or PC. There’s customer support, totally faceless. The live chat bot seemed to quite rapidly direct you to an e-form to raise your support request. I never managed to achieve any real time dialogue with customer support, just email responses which seem to be good at quoting sections of their T&C at you. The latter shouldn’t matter as you got assigned and introduced to an account manager to work with you and there was some AI trading automation on the account to assist also. The BAD bit. The first couple of weeks were ok and then came the pressure to deposit more money in the account by the account manager, on the basis of being able to trade using larger lot sizes and leverage which was already high. Specifying a likely initial investment limit as I had done in the account setup made no difference, the more deposited, the more potential money made, the more risk of course, the pressure continued. This was becoming controlling. After clearly stating what I was happy to deposit, then there was the ‘good will gesture from the company’, a loan to be paid back from profits under the guise of partnership trading, to effectively double the account balance to facilitate more lucrative trades. The terms of this loan, sent through in the body of an email indicated that I would totally be liable for all of the funds. I declined this offer which didn’t go down well and suddenly I found myself with trades on my account which resulted in immediate losses ‘buy position’ right on the resistance point with sizable lot size’. After managing to recover from the latter I became uncomfortable with the situation. The account manager was good at reassuring and creating a false sense of security but really was deceitful, manipulative and was just lying. T4Trade don’t have AI trading, they do have expert advisors, EA’s which are basically MT4 Scripts, if automation is enable in your MT4 account, but it wasn’t in my case. I concluded the Account Manager had my MT4 password and was initiating the trades. To cut to the point, I felt very distrusting of the platform and the integrity of the staff I encountered. Depositing money was proactively encouraged, withdrawals, they seems to be difficult as others have said on in their reviews and needed justification. Through a sequence of events where the account manager continued with deceitful, manipulative and untruthful behaviour, I got to the point where I just wanted to leave the T4Trade platform but not before the money in my account was mysteriously lost, what integrity do these people have! I could only conclude like other have done, that the T4Trade platform is just riddled with scammers that seem to be able to work collaboratively. If you are considering using this platform and taking the risk, thinking it might just work, Think Again, I really wish I’d done a bit more research and weighted up the risks before using T4Trade.
