IPVanish has been incredibly frustrating to deal with. Their customer service is basically nonexistent — I’ve reached out multiple times and never received a meaningful response. When you’re paying for a service like this, you expect at least some level of support, but that just isn’t the case here. On top of that, when issues come up, you’re left completely on your own. No follow-up, no accountability, and no urgency to help paying customers. It honestly feels like once they have your money, they stop caring. I would not recommend IPVanish to anyone who values reliable support or responsiveness. There are plenty of other VPN providers out there that actually take care of their customers.
