I booked this flight specifically to attend a lesson in Kuala Lumpur, with a return timing that suited my schedule. However, the airline unilaterally changed the return flight to a much earlier time, which is completely unsuitable. I also discovered that the airline still has a flight available at the original timeslot I had booked, making this situation even more unreasonable. Despite this change being initiated by the airline, the ticket does not allow cancellation, there are no suitable alternative flight options provided, and I was initially asked to pay additional rescheduling and administrative fees. This is extremely unreasonable, as the change was not requested by me. I have spent considerable time and effort communicating through multiple emails, yet the outcome remains unsatisfactory. I am still being asked to accept an earlier flight, which would require me to leave my class 2–3 hours early just to make it to the airport. This defeats the entire purpose of my trip. Overall, this has been a very frustrating and disappointing experience. The handling of this situation by Traveloka lacks fairness and customer consideration, especially when the schedule change was beyond my control.
