I am extremely disappointed with my experience. I placed an order on March 14th and paid extra for expedited shipping, expecting timely delivery for an important event—my son’s prom. As of April 13th, the item still has not arrived. The delay is completely unacceptable, especially considering the additional cost for faster shipping. Because of this, the purchase became useless. My son was left scrambling at the last minute to find a replacement tie on the day of his prom, which could have been avoided entirely. At this point, the item is no longer needed. I expect a full refund and believe I should not be responsible for return shipping costs once it eventually arrives, given the failure to deliver within any reasonable timeframe. This experience has been frustrating and inconvenient, and I would strongly caution others before relying on this company for time-sensitive purchases.
