Outstanding Experience
I had an outstanding experience with Boody from start to finish. I purchased multiples of the women's midi brief which is the the most comfortable underwear I’ve ever worn, with truly superior quality. What impressed me even more was their exceptional customer service. There was an issue with my order where the package was lost by the carrier, and when it finally arrived, some items were missing. I was very frustrated about this situation, but the way Boody handled it exceeded my expectations. Haidar from the support team responded quickly, communicated clearly, and took full responsibility for resolving the problem. They promptly replaced the missing items and ensured everything was delivered without any additional hassle on my end. Throughout the process, they were professional, understanding, and genuinely committed to making things right. I will definitely be purchasing here again.
