Unreliable company
Great fragrance and all, but the bottle (Cupid's 3.0) came half empty, the packaging was damaged, and the logo looked like it was just haphazardly sticked on there....+1 star for great smell Though. I'm from Canada, and I immediately Emailed this company to cancel and refund my order, right after ordering it, seeing how unprofessional their website is, and they responded 12 days later, to my dismay. The product was already in Canada on its way to my doorstep. So I could not get a refund, since they do not refund international shipping. Strategically terrible customer service, with Zero concern for customer satisfaction. Please boycott this company.
