Here’s The deal. I started playing on this platform about one week ago. I am very disappointed and concerned at this point. Over the last four or five days I have won over 4000.00 legitimately. Because of their 200.00 daily redemption limit I have been unable to redeem my money. Not even the first 200.00 that I submitted to redeem. It has been sitting in the queue for five days now. I can’t submit a 2nd redemption because the only way to do that is to cancel out the one sitting in the queue for review and start the process all over again. What a joke. Please somebody tell me if this site is even legit. I’m so frustrated at this point trying to communicate with customer service. They have been no help at all. I’m about ready to file a complaint against them with the gaming commission if they don’t get it together and allow me to redeem my now over 4000.00 in winnings. Anyone have any advice on the best way to handle this?? Would love any suggestions. Thanks and be careful on this site. What a scam.
