Money taken but order "incomplete" – Worst support experience
Review: I am writing this to warn other players. I made a purchase for a UC pack via mobile payment (Maroc Telecom), and even though the full amount was deducted from my balance, the system shows the order as "Incomplete." I have provided absolute proof from my mobile carrier showing the successful recharge and the subsequent deduction of funds. I even provided the verification SMS codes that were sent by Midasbuy to my phone to authorize the transaction. Despite this undeniable evidence, the support team continues to give automated responses claiming the payment wasn't finished. The money is gone from my account, but I have received nothing. This platform takes your money and then makes you fight with your bank or carrier instead of taking responsibility for their delivery errors. This was my last purchase here.
