Replacement order error
The replacement order has been received, and while the prescription itself has been corrected, the bifocal placement remains unsatisfactory. The reading segments are still positioned too close to the bridge of the nose and not centered, rendering them unusable. Issue still unresolved at the time of this post two weeks later.
