Just as other reviews have mentioned - AVOID!!!! SCAM!!!
Just as other reviews have mentioned, they add on items at checkout without you realising, and then when you email to cancel the order they won't because the process of fulfilling the order has already started. They have now told me I need to return the patches now that they have been delivered. If previous reviews are anything to go by, it's going to come at a cost. AVOID!!!!! You're better off ordering a different brand or maybe through a different provider. I've read your reply and you haven't asked for more details. I have requested a refund to which you said that I will now have to return the items because they have been delivered. I can't reply to your emails because they keep bouncing back. The only thing I can do is consistently submit requests through your website, to which I have to then click a link sent to my email, just so that request can be verified. It's as though it is set up to completely frustrate any customer who has a complaint into submission due to the lack of communication and the difficulty in trying to even send a reply. Typical generic reply from wellnee. You must have sent the same reply to countless unhappy reviews. And I still haven't received a reply to my request for the instructions on how to return the order.
