I am writing this unfortunate review out of one terrible experience I had with RMATV. I used to love the company and have bought most of my motorcycle parts, as well as my actual dirt bike from them. Unfortunately, I placed an order (#26872745 for $351) from their website and the shipping address was preloaded from a previous residence in another state. Within 2 minutes of placing the order I sent an email explaining the shipping address was incorrect and needed to match my billing address, which I have had multiple deliveries from them. There was no response. After waiting a couple days, I called them to see what the status was. They said it was too late to change the address as the items had already shipped. They told me I could pay $15 to change the delivery address, but was not guaranteed. The items were delivered, not sure what the $15 was for, as they did nothing and didn’t contact the delivery company, me, or the recipient. When I spoke to the customer service representative, he was absolutely the rudest person I’ve ever interacted with in a sales department. Called again today and spoke to a friendly lady who acted like she almost wanted to help, but the supervisor, who refuses to talk to customers directly, told her I was out of luck and they would do nothing. I’m fed up with the way I’ve been treated. Yes it was a mistake that the shipping address was incorrect. But they were notified within 2 minutes that the address was wrong. They don’t stand behind anything they say and the customer is not their concern. Completely blown away by a local Utah company treating long time customers so poorly.
