WORST COMPANY EVER! NEVER PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM RENOGY
Absolutley apalling service and even worse communiaction. Ordered 2x 300 AH LifePO4 batteries. It was almost a week late. Then when the notification said there were 'coming today' never turned up. Finally turned up the following day and guess what.. ? Completely wrong batteries. Even the weight on the label was different should 54kg it was 27kg. Now Renogy Australia customer service is saying they wont send out my correct order until the wrong ones are recieved. The order was a matter of urgency and now I will not be able to go on my trip, thanks to Renogy Aus. And from what I've read this is not the first time this has happened. This will be the first and last time I use Renogy AU go with a company more reputable and planted in Australia or purchase from another dealer. DO NOT GO DIRECT TO RENOGY. They just lie and lie... happy to take your money and run. All they say is SORRY and they WILL NOT FIX ANYTHING. I will be reporting Renogy Au to FAIR TRADING NSW and what they are doing is fradulent and I'm more than happy to take this further to other authorities such as ASIC and the ATO.
