Signing up for Apollo was the worst software experience I have ever had after a decade of running a marketing company. First off, we were forced onto the "Enterprise" plan as a small business with a small team. We were told we needed to be on it. That was false, the account manager clearly didn't understand that you can have unlimited mailboxes on a Pro plan. We were forced into signing a contract. Once in that contract, there is no escape. Any upgrades made during the contract term you have to keep. No where in the contract does it say you have to do that. After multiple scam experiences with their customer support, I had to file a dispute with my bank. I wasted thousands of dollars and 6+ months on a software that seems great on the surface, but beneath it is just shady, scammy sales tactics to take your money and a big F U if you try to bring it up to them. DO NOT SIGN UP FOR ENTERPRISE. I hope this saves someone from getting burned like we did.
