Extremely Disappointed with Shipping
We had a substantial order placed on 8/17 and finally recieved the last parcel of three on 9/11, this should be unacceptable for any business. We are extremely discouraged with this logistical nightmare considering we are trying to get a business started. The shipping has got to do better. Instead of "we appreciate your patience" the email should have read "we apologize for the extreme delay and would like to give you a 25% discount on you next order with BambuLabs. Again, we are sorry for the delay and take full responsibility for this anomaly". This whole experience with shipping has diffently put a question mark on our brand loyalty. Its a shame that the products/machines we have ordered are excellent and have exceeded our expectations but the delivery and shipping are very disappointing.
