Poor customer service
After I received my skinit cell phone cover I found it was the wrong size. The company seems to have NO phone they will answer but leave a message they NEVER respond to. They do have an online report form but never responded until the second or third try. I finally got a response and have returned the item via the USPO. We will see if I get an exchange or credit in a week or so after the item is delivered.
