Fantastic service
Fantastic service. Ivan really helped me out with clear directions, prompt responses to my queries and quick action. He was extremely courteous, patient and professional. I successfully received a refund of Eur 200 for my delayed flight in about 3 month's time. Quite frankly, initially I wasn't even sure if this was a genuine service ! Keep it up!
