Absolute Thieves – Stay Away!!
This company is extremely disappointing to deal with. I originally signed up with them for my business, but after we closed the business, Shift4 refused to close the account and continued to charge us. This is completely unacceptable. On top of that, the sales engineer in the Houston area has been very unprofessional and difficult to reach — calls are not returned, and there is little to no support when you actually need help. We’ve since opened three other businesses, and because of this experience, we chose not to use Shift4 again. That alone should say a lot about their customer service. Business was closed on November 1, 2025, and they are still asking for money. I would strongly recommend others think twice before signing up.
