Above and beyond customer service
I had an order from Amazon in January and had two tee shirts where the threading under arm pit came loose, thus leaving a hole. Ardie went above and beyond to provide excellent customer service and gave a one exception e-gift card to replace the items from the website. Honestly was not sure what to expect, but Ardie was excellent in the communication.
