Absolutely atrocious customer service.
We bought one of their units on Amazon. 2 years later the board in the outdoor unit failed. I didn’t even bother to go through their warranty process and just bought the board off their website. Since then…SILENCE!!! No part, no reply to emails, no shipping updates. They just took my money and don’t even bother shipping the spare part. I’ll wait a few more days and then will file a chargeback and throw that AC in the trash.
