Purchased elite 300
Purchased elite 300, but upon reviewing order, I forgot the panel. Notified bluetti and requested a panel to add to the existing order with the 5% discount i had used. Received reply that discount was not available on the panel. Went on bluetti website and placed a mock order including panel, and applied the 5% discount, no problem. Advised bluetti of this, with no reply. I canceled order a day later. No very good business practice or customer service. VERY DISAPPOINTED!!
