It turned out I had accidentily created a duplicate account in error, which caused the ongoing charges. However, once I brought it to their attention, their support team was quick to respond, took the time to investigate properly, and resolved everything without any hassle. They refunded the full 14 months of charges, which speaks to their integrity and commitment to doing right by their customers. I also really enjoyed the course content, it was practical, easy to follow, and clearly designed with creators in mind. Overall, a great experience, and I would absolutely consider working with them again in the future.
