8.3% of batch are not usable for branding
Easy ordering process - Great customer service rep. But... The order was not complete - 3 items short. 8.3% of the batch was faulty - Logo was smudged, and items can't be used for marketing. We sent them photos of the faulty pens, customer rep sent complain up the chain, but they never acknowledged or replied back, so we will not purchase from this company again.
