horrible service, confusing staff
id rate less if i could. i ordered a singular item from aliexpress. nothing too large or expensive and the seller would send out his products fast. its been stuck in customs for 9 days now and due to the size and price its nor really normal.their number barely works and the first time i tried to call them nobody picked up. their email is completely unresponsive. every time i called each person i got to talk to would say different things about the location of my package, either that it already left customs and that id receive it the day after i initially called, then the next day they said they didn’t receive anything in my name, and then today they said that they hadn’t gotten any aliexpress packages recently. im pretty sure that they probably lost it at this point. not to mention that the first time they ever picked up they searched for packages under my phone number and full name and nothing recent showed up. my shipping info hasnt been changed on aliexpress so i have no clue why my new item wasnt there. the person speaking said that the latest package in my name and number was from 2025 and that i had already picked it up. i had to tell her the tracking number by phone because apparently it wasnt even under my name.
