Mr. Branden Hempstead is simply a superb loan officer and should be promoted to President from Vice President immediately. What a true professional that carried us though out the entire process from beginning to end. He is the main reason this deal got done and I highly give him the honor and praise for his patience, customer service skills and his management skills. There are not enough word to express the gratitude that my family and I have for him! We are so happy to be back with New Day as we were once with New Day years ago and felt lost in the mortgage arena. Thank you again and feel free to contact me anytime if there any questions or more explanation is needed. 10 out out 10 Stars. Thank you New Day and thank you Mr. Hempstead.
