Charge you because they’re technology sucks
If you attend a scheduled class and forget to check in on the wellhub app they charge you $25, even if you checked in to the actually class. The fact that they can’t see that the actual class checked you in is a total money grab. Support is all AI, can never talk a human. Terrible experience.
