I picked up AliDropship after getting tired of juggling apps, and it's been more practical than I expected. I run it on a basic WordPress setup with a cheap hosting plan, and it handles product imports and order flow without slowing everything down. One small thing I liked - you can tweak product descriptions and pricing rules pretty quickly after import, so you're not stuck with raw AliExpress listings. I also set up auto-updates for prices, which saved me from a couple of bad margins when suppliers changed costs. It's not flashy, and yeah, you'll spend time figuring out your niche and traffic. But once everything is dialed in, it just keeps working in the background. For me, it feels more like a tool you grow into, not something you outgrow in a month.
