Works for me
As a person in the US, wanted to gift an Apple Gift Card to a friend in the Netherlands, but couldn't due to region-lock. So, I used this service to order one of 10 EUR for the Netherlands. Got the code in minutes, and they were able to redeem it successfully. It's nice hearing them overjoyed.
