Pretty good!
Despite other reviews, I had a pretty positive experience. Unfortunately the dress I bought was much too long for me but I got in contact with Tiki from customer support who was more than happy to help. Along with swift and clear responses, I was able to get a partial refund immediately for my sizing issue.
